If you are having problems while streaming content please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are still logged in. For this, please reload the page or reopen our app
- Make sure your account has an active subscription. Go to https://example.com/account. Everything should be fine if you can see Subscription: active
- Make sure your internet connection is stable. Streaming sometimes won't work if your internet connection is too unstable.
